BREATHING MOVEMENT STYLES
A range of both dynamic and contemplative breath-based movement nourish mind, mood and body. Flowing, core-and-back centred, posture stabilising exercise expression is an invitation to explore sacred grace and poise. Equipment such as balls, hoops, scarves and more are used to enhance whole body stretch, strength and swing! Movements are drawn from Medau (UK), Nia, Dart Procedures, Fitness Pilates, Tai Chi, Shibashi and Alexander Technique's principles and practises. Carole’s creation, Colourtonics, develops your connection with colour, breath, subtle energies and exercise. Awareness practises are used for that heightened, developmental movement experience.

Tai Chi:
Flowing, contemplative movements enable energy development, poise, centring and peace of mind and body. Explore whole body, continuous exercises which support fine postural alignment, back care, balance, metabolism, improved digestion, breath control and ease throughout all your limbs and muscles. Shibashi and Qigong form an integral part of each class. As an Instructor/Leader, Carole teaches Sun Style Healthcare programs designed by Dr Paul Lam. These are: Tai Chi for Arthritis prevention and relief; Tai chi for Diabetes prevention and health improvement; Tai Chi for Osteoporosis Prevention, strength and stability.
Stress Release, Personal best & Poise – Alexander Technique & Inspirational Movement
Come and explore the joy, ease and freedom fine spine and postural alignment brings to you. Release habits, stresses and chronic strains held in your muscles and develop your awareness. Feel poise and balance through all of your daily activities as you learn how to apply both dynamic and relaxation practises for your wellbeing and vitality.
Active/Chair based Movement for Seniors
Enjoy full body exercise through Medau Breathing Movement (UK) with equipment like scarves, hoops and balls to increase your vitality, bounce and vigour! We develop flexibility, strength, poise, back care and balance through active and mat movements. Each class contains postural alignment and core strengthening.
